Saber Architectural Systems

One of the flagship materials with which Saber works is Reynobond®, a lightweight panel with remarkable strength, durability and affordability. Reynobond® composite panels consist of an extruded thermoplastic compound core that’s fusion bonded between two sheets of coil-coated aluminum, brushed aluminum, zinc, stainless steel or copper material. The result is a highly corrosion-resistant, rigid-yet-flexible material that weighs 3.4 times less than steel and 1.6 times less than pure aluminum.

Known as having created the original ACM panel, Alucobond creates lightweight panels in a wide variety of colors and finishes, as well as lengths and widths, that can meet your design and specification needs. The panel consists of two sheets of smooth .02’’ aluminum thermobonded to a polyethylene core in a continuous process.

Alpolic creates materials that are lighter in weight, easier to fabricate in complex forms, and easier to install than traditional materials, making them ideal for architectural projects. On top of that, they offer superior flatness, durability, stability, vibration damping and ease of maintenance. Alpolic ACMs are produced by continuously bonding two thin sheets of aluminum on either side of an extruded thermoplastic or mineral-filled, fire retardant thermoplastic core.
