Our founders have over 30 years of installation experience, which has allowed us to design an innovative manufacturing process that results in shorter lead times and faster build times. We offer a five-year manufacturer warranty on any job we engineer.

Our History
Ventilated Awnings was originally founded in 1947, but in 1996 it was purchased by Burnett Carver Associates (BCA Enterprises), a company with over 15 years of experience as a commercial waterproofing, caulking, panel and canopy company.
Determined to improve the quality of our products and avoid project delays during installation, we started creating custom ACM panels through Saber Architecture in 2013.
Ventilated Awnings’ passion for working with the highest-quality materials, all while keeping the installation process in mind, allows it to offer shorter lead times and manufacture products for faster build times.
Our Team
Vice President and Head of Estimating & Design
Josh has an Associate Degree in both Architectural Engineering and Construction Engineering, a Certificate in both Architectural Drafting and Construction Estimating, and a Structural Shapes license. Josh manages all project estimating; one of his favorite characteristics of the company is that it is family owned. He is married with two children.
President & Schedule Coordinator
Larry handles the installation of all projects manufactured by Saber and Ventilated Awnings. He is a licensed builder with over 50 years of experience in the construction industry. In his spare time you can find Larry on the golf course or spending time with his wife, three children, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
